Some extended health plans may provide coverage for psychological services associated with Rekindle the Flame.
Coverage varies by provider, employer plan, and individual policy. We recommend confirming your eligibility and reimbursement requirements directly with your insurer before registering.
Receipts can be provided for eligible psychological services associated with the workshop.
Because coverage and reimbursement rules differ between plans, Love At Home Counselling cannot guarantee that all or part of the workshop fee will be reimbursed by your insurer.
Direct billing may be available for some benefit plans when appropriate.
If direct billing is not available, you can receive the applicable receipt information needed to submit a claim to your insurer yourself.
Rekindle the Flame includes group teaching as well as private exercises between you and your partner.
You are not expected to share the intimate details of your relationship with the group, and you are encouraged to participate only at a level that feels appropriate and safe for you.
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and not repeat personal information shared during the workshop.
Because this is a small-group setting, absolute confidentiality by other participants cannot be guaranteed. Couples are encouraged to be thoughtful about what they choose to share publicly within the group.
At times, volunteer couples may demonstrate a structured dialogue with Anaka’s guidance.
You may choose a real concern or a made-up example for the purpose of learning the process. Participation in demonstrations or group discussion is voluntary.
Rekindle the Flame combines relationship education, guided exercises, structured dialogue practice, and private work between partners.
The workshop is not intended to replace individualized psychological care when a couple needs more intensive assessment, crisis support, or treatment tailored to a specific concern.
Rekindle is not appropriate when there is active domestic violence or coercive control, an active or undisclosed affair, significant instability requiring individualized care, or when one partner has already firmly decided to end the relationship.

Rekindle the Flame gives you dedicated time, structure, and practical tools to understand one another more deeply, communicate with greater emotional safety, and intentionally create what comes next.
